Panniers: Ortlieb
Like countless other bike tourers, I’m using the somewhat legendary Ortlieb panniers. I’ve gone for the completely waterproof Roller Plus models, which are considered to be the most tear-resistant panniers of them all.
My setup consists of:
The Ortliebs are pricey, but in my mind totally worth the extra investment. In extended touring they really show what they’re made for, and I always feel confident trusting them with my gear.
